A couple pictures from the race

February 23, 2013

Janae won’t have internet for the next little while so she asked me (Mr. HRG) to post a couple pictures for her. She was using this race as a indicator of where she stands in her training for her sub 3 marathon at altitude later this year and absolutely crushed it!

1:30:43 at 3000′, with a 1174′ elevation gain, and a second place overall finish.

Now it’s time for an ice bath and stretching.

She’ll be back tomorrow morning to tell you more about the race! Have a great Saturday!

Momma, you are SO SO SPEEDY! I ended up running my half marathon at a pace that was 2 minutes slower than what I trained at, but it was the Disney Princess half marathon and there were a ton of people and lots of photo opportunities, so instead of running 9:30 I ran like 11:30 (EEP!) I’m not too upset about it though, because I finished and that’s all that matters (to me at least)!
