The social butterfly and a carb buffet.

Thank goodness for technology.  I think Brooke would be a little too homesick while we are away if she didn’t get to see and talk to Billy on Face Time a few times a day.  She did accidentally hang up on him twice though.

Brooke was quite the social butterfly at the retreat and made friends with every single person there.

A big group of California girls here for the retreat:

And of course friends that I met through blogging.

After we last talked we had a self defense course, a nutrition course and also a class to help with positive thinking.  I feel 80 times smarter after all of these classes.

This is the main building where most have the activities have gone down.  Just a little pretty.

Buffet.  Carbohydrates.  Chicken.  All of my dreams combined on one plate.

Dinner was held in the main club house and it was delicious.

I hit the sack at 8:53 p.m. while watching the Cosby show.

Say a little prayer for me today… between the altitude, wind and hills I may not make it out of this race alive.  Have a fabulous Saturday.

You look so tan! It might be the color of your shirt, but you look like you are just off from a weekend in the Bahamas. It doesn’t look like you are using fake tan, and if you are I can’t tell.

All those pictures make me homesick for St George. (can you get homesick for a place you only lived for 2 years?!)

I fell asleep while watching TV with Ross before 10PM. And I didn’t wake up until little Evan came and woke me up at 8:15AM. Yep. I am tired. I guess getting 5 hours of sleep all week can do that to you?

And of course you will do great!! Even with all those odds stacked against you, you will come out on top because you are always AMAZING like that! Good luck and have fun!
