The whole day in one post= lots of pictures.

October 2, 2011

All of your well-wishes, prayers and thoughts worked because THE Billy feels like he did great on the LSAT!!  Thanks everyone for being our bff’s.

I think I may have embarassed him or something because I waited outside the classroom and when people started walking out I grabbed the big congrats poster that I made for him and began doing the cheer (complete with my pom poms from the 9th grade) that I have been working on for weeks.

Photo 2

How does one reward him for his efforts.  In’N'Out of course, complete with their ultra thick vanilla shake.

IMG 0713

I spent the morning at my mom’s house eating cereal, omelets and peaches and ‘thought’ I was full so I just stuck with my veggie sandwich.   Good thing the shake coated Billy’s stomach marvelously making him full so that I could steal 3/4ths of his fries.

IMG 0714

Workout clothes in a fast food establishment go really well together.  I will tell you about my run later in today’s training post…I have a lot to say about it.

After fueling we went to Costco and then to pick up an awesome Giveaway thingee for YOU GUYS….just wait a few more days!

Billy was feeling the need for movement after sitting around all day taking some silly test that could determine the rest of our lives and so we went on a bike ride.  We did about 12 miles and then somebody (me) accidently took us over the wrong train tracks that have a HUGE dip/bump/razors and it popped both of his tires.

Walking in bike shoes is not the most fun thing in the world (we only had one tube and couldn’t repair the other one with our kit) good thing we weren’t too far away.

Scene Change (aka I finally got out of my sweaty running/biking clothes and the sis, mom and I went on a date while Billy had a church meeting.

Do I really have to even tell you where we went?

IMG 9964

Yes, my mom was embarassed of our salad mountains.

I don’t know if you can see what I am holding but it is my new favorite salad addition.  SUNFLOWER SEEDS.  My sister hooked me on these and I will never look back.

YAAAY CONGRATS BILLY!!!!!! I wanna see pictures of that huge congrats sign! sunflower seeds are the BEST!! they def add some crunchy goodness :-D and I’m really excited for this giveaway. I love costco but I’m not a member so I have to mooch….

my favorite fries are those spicy curly fries….I don’t know where you get them though….they always had them in my college caf….maybe like TGI Fridays or something…and I can’t wait for fall clothes either!!!

Mother/daughter/sister dates are the best! My favorite fries are curly fries for sure. I love fall for the cooler weather (I live in Houston where it is scorching hot 99 percent of the time) and all of the fall decor/fashion.

Yay for rockin’ the LSAT! My favorite fries are from this pub called Lady Face. They come with weird specialty dipping sauces, like curry ketchup and garlic aioli.

My last errand was to Target to get travel bottles for the hubs, he’s going to NY for a week for work.

Favorite thing about fall: Thanksgiving! Stuffing, mashed potatoes and pie all in one day, I’m in.

I’m not a huge fries person, but I will definitely go with 5 Guys as my fav!

Last errand was to Target for a bunch of random stuff – love that store!

I’m most looking forward to all the pumpkin goodies, wearing boots & sweaters, and Thanksgiving with my fam. (Sorry, couldn’t pick just one.)

Holy frijoles! Those salad mountains are the size of an infant! I told my bff about your use of cucumbers to increase plate circumference and she called you a genius ;) There is a restaurant here called “When Eddie met Salad” that has the best salad bar. The only downside is that they charge you extra if you have more than 5 toppings….boo! However, they do have wasabi peas as a crunch option. Fantastic spicy goodness!
Last errand: Wal-mart for a new binder and more post-it page tabs.
Favorite fries: seasoned fries from Crazy Horse
Also, way to go Billy!!

Tabaitha October 2, 2011 at 7:57 am

I love fall mostly because the fall clothes are the best. My last errand was spent at Target. I think I should have stock in that place considering how much time and money I have spent there over the years.

Those salad mountains are right up my alley! My mom would probably be embarrassed too. Congrats to Billy!! The last errand I did was Target to return a swiffer mop thing.

WAY TO GO BILLY!!!!! You’re such a sweet and cute wife to go cheer for him! I love fries…steak fries (with fry sauce!) are the best.

Funny you should ask about running errands-last night I went out to get a few things at Walmart/pay rent/pick up dinner, and on the way home, my car just stopped completely dead-no lights or anything. Scariest thing ever! I was just glad I was off the freeway, and since there is so much construction around (aren’t you sick of it?!) a guy was there soon to push me off the road…anyways-tangent!

I love fall! The weather (can you believe how warm it’s been still here?), the food, decorations and festivities!

We went to Costco to pick up a boat load of PB before it’s all gone. They are discontinuing my favorite kind. boo I hope they bring it back.
I can’t wait to wear some warm cloths. I get real sick of always wearing shorts and tanks. I want to put on sweats and curl up on a cool day.

Go Billy!!! I don’t know where my fave fries are from. Squatters has some ridiculously good garlic fries tho.

My husband and I went to Lowes this morning to exchange our propane tank for one that works. Yesterday I did a bunch of errands though.

I am so so so so excited for fall!! I’ve never had a “real” fall, and this is my first one in Utah. I am excited for jackets, boots, warm drinks, soup and everything! We drove up to Cottonwood Canyon today to check out the colors up there and I am already obsessed!
