Spin was still a good time even when I am a complete gimp and can’t use any tension or come up out of the saddle. Loud music, other crazy obsessed fitness peeps, sweat and speed sing to my heart and I was able to get in a few good ol’ endorphins floating around my blood stream.

Right after spin we met up with my running bestie, Maryann and she took us out on a date to TERRA MIA…...yes, once I find a place that I love I go back a trillion times. This place is good plus ginormous tree’s smack dab in the middle of the restaurant are cool.
I really took my time getting dressed up, showering and primping my hair….sorry Maryann….next time we go out I promise I will at least make an attempt at hygiene. Thanks again gorgeous girl!!
You would think I wouldn’t be as hungry when I am not running but I am just telling myself that all of these muscle repairs take A LOT of calories:) Don’t mind if I do eat like a 14 year old growing boy.
Maryann and I split the Smoked Salmon Pasta and a glorious pizza with artichoke, tomatoes, mushrooms and eggplants. Seriously, heaven. I love their crusts because thin crusts allow more toppings without getting stuffed too fast:)
Billy’s calzone. I may have snuck a bite or 12…..ricotta, salami and marinera. I could live off of this stuff.

-Every meal. I just HAVE to try what they are having too. He doesn’t care (at least I don’t think he does) until I accidently flinged his knife onto him spilling sauce everywhere. Sorry, honey….forgive me

-YES…..Lately I have been listening to country or just super chill music when I am not working out!
